We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for a carpentry and interior fit-out company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the operations and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow the company’s sales pipeline and client base

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and renovation projects

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and developers

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients

Coordinate closely with project, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or relevant qualifications preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience

Experience in carpentry, renovation, interior design, construction, or related industry is highly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage clients and projects independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Possess strong business development and networking capabilities
