CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives revenue growth by setting strategic sales goals, leading high-performance teams, and optimizing processes.
Key responsibilities include forecasting, CRM management, cultivating key client relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with company objectives to maximize profitability. Also manage performance metrics, coach staff, and identify market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Goal Setting: Define and execute sales strategies, create annual/quarterly/monthly quotas, and forecast revenue to align with business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Management: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and skills to meet performance targets.
- Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Oversee CRM usage, manage the sales pipeline, analyze performance data, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency.
- Client & Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders to secure major contracts and drive account retention.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitor analysis to adjust pricing/strategies, and report sales metrics to executive leadership.
- Collaboration & Representation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, and represent the firm at industry events.
