Sales Engineer, Banking

You will own designated projects and clients from product demonstration through client onboarding. You will run technical demos, assist with POC setup and testing, coordinate workshops, handle RFPs and RFx responses, translate technical details for non-technical audiences, and provide tiered knowledge transfer to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Americas Sales Engineering team
  • Support the sales team through the entire client sales cycle from qualification to client onboarding
  • Tailor demos to customer requirements to demonstrate product support for digital asset goals
  • Deliver technical presentations to C-level executives and cybersecurity professionals
  • Collaborate with account managers, sales directors, and product managers
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Manage multiple projects and prepare RFx responses simultaneously

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales or consulting with banks, payment companies, or capital markets
  • High technical acumen and willingness to investigate complex technologies
  • Confident and concise communication with excellent presentation skills
  • Passion for blockchain and the crypto industry
  • Analytical approach to connect technical and business requirements
  • Proactive self-starter with knowledge of banking, financial services, or fintech
  • Enthusiasm for educating customers and colleagues
  • Experience working with webhooks, REST APIs, and AI applications
