Sales Engineer
You will take ownership of designated projects and clients, from product sales demonstrations through client onboarding. You will run and tailor technical demos, set up and test POCs, prepare RFx/RFP responses, coordinate and lead technical workshops, transfer tier 1-3 knowledge to customers, and act as the technical gatekeeper between customers and internal engineering teams. You will translate complex API and security concepts to non-technical audiences, present to senior technical and executive stakeholders, manage multiple concurrent engagements, and perform basic scripting and API integration tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales cycle from qualification to client onboarding
- Tailor demos to match customer requirements
- Deliver in-depth technical presentations to executives and cybersecurity professionals
- Set up and test proofs of concept (POCs)
- Prepare RFx and RFP responses
- Coordinate and lead technical workshops
- Perform tier 1-3 knowledge transfer to customers
- Act as a gatekeeper to internal engineering groups
- Translate technical knowledge to non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple projects and bespoke client requirements simultaneously
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in pre-sales or consulting within Fintech, Crypto, or Cybersecurity
- High technical acumen and curiosity
- Excellent presentation and concise communication skills
- Demonstrable passion for blockchain and crypto
- Analytical problem-solving approach
- Proactive self-starter mindset with knowledge of banking, financial services, or fintech
- Enthusiasm for educating customers and colleagues
- Experience with Webhooks and REST APIs and ability to perform basic scripting
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
