Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Promoteand propose Trane Controls Solutions tobuilding owners, consultants and contractors

• Developlong term customer relationshipsand maximize account penetration and customer retention

• Identifypotential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & newcustomers

• Work closelywith other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate

• Ability to effectively writes andpresents proposals.

• Negotiates value, addressesresistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier.

• Ensure all workscarried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degreein Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

• At least 1-3years’ experience in selling HVAC or building automation system

• Goodpresentation, interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer drivenmindset
