Sales Engineer (Valve / Instruments)
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing products and services in alignment with the division’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Establish, manage, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key customers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support pricing strategies, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations in accordance with customer requirements and project schedules.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to identify and pursue valve-related maintenance, retrofit, repair, and service opportunities.
- Understand customers’ operational needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline status, business opportunities, and customer base development.
- Actively participate in sales growth initiatives and work collaboratively with team members to execute agreed sales plans and objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers in collaboration with principals and product partners.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, products, and market developments, and provide timely feedback and insights to management.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance market presence and business development efforts.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
