Job Summary
Drive business growth by creating and executing strategic project sales plans that expand the customer base. Build lasting client relationships, lead and coach teams, and coordinate technical project execution to meet sales targets and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic project sales plans to expand the customer base and grow company business
- Achieve monthly sales targets by executing sales strategies and monitoring progress
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
- Set clear objectives, train, and coach foremen to enhance team performance
- Prepare accurate quotations for projects and coordinate repair work schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors and repair teams to ensure timely project completion
- Plan, organize, and supervise teams of technicians and subcontractors for planned and ad-hoc maintenance work
- Respond promptly to customer requests and queries regarding project progress and work status
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels using strong interpersonal skills
- Apply technical knowledge of building works; Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) knowledge is advantageous
- Demonstrate strong analytical and leadership skills to drive team success and project outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior sales experience in a technical sector is advantageous
- Minimum Diploma qualification
