Sales Engineer (Valves/ Hunter)

Responsibilities

· Actively identify,pursue, and develop new business opportunities within assigned General Marketaccounts.

· Demonstrate relentless pursuit of opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and projects.

· Promote products and engineering solutions including instrumentation valves, fittings, tubing products, fluid system assemblies and field services.

· Drive specification and adoption of products within customer facilities and projects.

· Maintain a disciplinedpipeline management process using CRM tools.

· Track opportunities,forecast order bookings, and maintain accurate customer and projectinformation.

· Ensure timely follow-upon quotations, proposals, and customer requests.

· Technical Sales Supportwith support from our tech support and field engineers

· Provide technicalrecommendations on fluid system components and assemblies.

· Work closely withinternal teams including engineering services, customer service, and supplychain to deliver solutions to customers.

· Assist customers inselecting appropriate Swagelok components for reliability, safety, andperformance.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree inEngineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields) preferred.

· 2-3 years of sales orapplication engineering experience in industrial products or technical sales.

· Good understanding ofindustrial markets such as pharmaceutical, power, data center, research, ormanufacturing sectors.

· Experience using CRMsystems to manage pipeline and customer activities.

· Knowledge of industrialfluid systems, instrumentation components, valves, fittings, or tubing systemsis an advantage.
