Sales Executive - A&I Aftermarket
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and expand aftermarket sales for windshield bonding, sealing & bonding, and repair solutions.
- Achieve annual sales targets (volume, value, and product mix) assigned by management.
- Identify and develop new workshops, installers, distributors, and retail partners in the assigned territory.
- Execute go‑to‑market plans for aftermarket products in line with Sika Vietnam strategy.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Manage and support aftermarket distributors, ensuring correct pricing, stock level, and product availability.
- Drive distributor performance through training, joint visits, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor distributor sell‑in / sell‑out, inventory rotation, and credit situation.
- Ensure compliance with Sika brand positioning and channel policy.
Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Provide technical advice and on‑site support to auto glass shops and body repair centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and trial applications.
- Work closely with Technical Service to ensure correct product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Support product launches and promote new aftermarket innovations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Propose practical actions to improve market coverage and service level.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow Sika safety standards, HS&E rules, and ethical business conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Automotive Technology, or Business.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial chemicals, or technical B2B sales.
- Experience working with distributors and workshops is highly preferred.
- Understanding of polyurethane (PU) adhesives, sealants, primers, and cleaners.
- Knowledge of Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) or Car Body Repair (CBR) processes.
- Strong sales drive (“hunter” mindset) with structured account management skills.
- Ability to sell technical solutions, not only products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic English communication skills (reading datasheets, training material).
