Sales Executive Air Conditioner
Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing dealers.
- Research competitor policies and identify market opportunities.
- Implement pricing, profit, and rebate strategies for dealers.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and provide solutions for improvement.
- Plan campaigns to stimulate sales and increase brand visibility.
- Train dealers on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and replicate best practices across channels.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouses as needed.
- Prepare reports on dealer activities, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel/dealer sales management, ideally in HVAC or home appliances.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in training and motivating sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
