Sales Executive Air Conditioner

Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing dealers.
  • Research competitor policies and identify market opportunities.
  • Implement pricing, profit, and rebate strategies for dealers.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance and provide solutions for improvement.
  • Plan campaigns to stimulate sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Train dealers on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and replicate best practices across channels.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouses as needed.
  • Prepare reports on dealer activities, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel/dealer sales management, ideally in HVAC or home appliances.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in training and motivating sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
