Sales Manager
- To prospect, approach and onboard (new) target customer (Quality, Long term and sizeable accounts with high growth potential)
- To effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring an aligned implementation of the Sales Business Plan for the country & organization
- To build and maintain a strong customer relationship, proactively garner customer feedback and effectively manage customer complaints
- Proactively participate in the development of product portfolio and solutions to service the niche requirements of customers
- To create and maintain an industry network and generate new sales leads for the organization
- Stay abreast with current trends (internal & external) that impact the industry as well as business of the organization
- Represent the country in regional/global campaigns, internal and external trade shows; contribute to the enhancement of Logwin’s brand
- Ensuring data quality and timeliness in the management of the CRM system as well as regular sales reports
