Job Description

Bestone Food Industries (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our sales presence within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our range of frozen food and bakery products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the HORECA segment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses

  • Actively source for new clients and grow existing accounts

  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product introductions

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HORECA or food industry

  • Existing network or contacts within the HORECA sector preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with clients)

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Possess own vehicle preferred (for client visits)

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: SGD $3,500 – $5,000

  • Uncapped commission

  • Tiered incentive scheme

  • Transport allowance provided

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
