Sales Executive

  • Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure
  • Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements
  • Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities
  • Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers
  • Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities
  • Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database)
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

  • 2-3 years of full-time, practical experience in sales or related functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) sector
