  • Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission + AWS & Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Promote sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research on customer requirements and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
  • Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and quotations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Experience in sea freight sales or freight forwarding company
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms
  • Familiar with customs regulations and shipping documentation
