Shipping Sales Coordinator
Salary: $2800 - $3800
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm + Alternate Saturday WFH, 8am to 12pm
Working Location: Penjuru Lane (Company transport provided from Jurong East)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements for customers.
• Handle customer enquiries on rates, schedules, equipment availability and service offerings.
• Coordinate bookings and space arrangements based on customer requirements.
• Support Sales Managers in rate negotiation and contract administration.
• Liaise with internal departments including operations, equipment control, documentation and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Track bookings and update customers on shipment status in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records, rate filing and service agreements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Assist to resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Support new account development by following up on sales leads with the Sales team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales support reports, including quotations, bookings and customer performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as quotation turnaround time, booking accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or shipping coordination will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, booking process and rate structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with shipping systems such as CargoWise, INTTRA or related systems will be an advantage.
