Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations
  • Promote and sell lighting, ceiling fan, sanitary products, curtain and blinds.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with interior designers and contractors
  • Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain sales pipeline and customer records
  • Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

    Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience (lighting/ renovation or home-related industry preferred)
  • Experience dealing with IDs or contractors is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented
  • Results-driven with ability to close sales
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with retail working hours, including weekends and PH
