Sales Executive (Local& Regional)

Permanent, Full Time

SGD 3500 ++ Monthly

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
  • Actively perform a hunter sales role by seeking out and acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers locally and regionally
  • Consistently achieve sales targets aligned with management's expectations.

🧺 Price Negotiations

  • Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients.
  • Offer competitive and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.

💼 Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.

🤝 Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments and overseas offices such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets.
  • Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.
  • Regional travelling required
