Your Role

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting project-based sales activities. This position focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective account management and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Client Engagement

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly Main Contractors.

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions and recommendations.

  • Conduct product presentations and provide ongoing support to clients.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.

  • Support project tenders and bidding processes for existing accounts.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and documentation.

  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

  • Attend site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.

  • Meet Sales Targets

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to maintain market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or project-based sales.

  • Experience working with tender and project teams and main contractors is preferred.

  • Familiarity with building or architectural materials; experience in specifying materials to consultants is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to manage customers / stakeholders relationship.

  • Organised, detail oriented, and proactive in managing client accounts and follow-ups.

  • 5 days work week.
