Sales Gallery Admin Executive (Contract)

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Sales Gallery Administrative Executive to support daily operations at our showflat. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Gallery

  • Greet and register walk-in visitors
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showflat reception area
  • Handle phone and email enquiries courteously
  • Support the sales team with ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ensure marketing materials and brochures are replenished and neatly displayed

Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and documentation
  • Assist with administrative checks for sales documentation and agent licence records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents and basic billing matters
  • Coordinate subscriptions, service contracts and corporate renewals
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O/A Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative support or relevant field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; basic Mandarin proficiency preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask; well-organized and meticulous

*This is a 3-month contract position

12pm to 7pm (with 1hr lunch break)
