Sales Indoor Coordinator
Job Summary
- Assist the sales team to facilitate operational process.
- Optimising manufacturing process flow to execute sales activities.
- Involved in handles all sales orders and the delivery processes.
- Preparation of necessary documentation and generate quotation from SAP System.
- Coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.
- Coordinate with the SCM team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment certification arrangement.
- Conclude contracts for customers including the proposal, negotiation, closing and filing.
- Coordination and preparation of sales/purchase documentation.
- Coordination of order processing and scheduling between customers & internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and review Baker’s Playbook contract and Wave contract consumption volume.
- Comply with the required workflow and documentation procedures as mandated in Internal Control system.
- Provide administrative support to sales team, eg OTD report, weekly order status, Ariba system.
- Timely informs/reports to sales team when receiving any queries about technical or quality issues.
- SalesForce (CRM) quotation entry and follow up.
