Sales Manager

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition offers and customer needs
  • Strategizes each account and respective plans of action
  • Prospecting new accounts and follow the sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts
  • Prepares proposals/contracts, follow-up for assigned corporate accounts
  • Manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum production to meet set target
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or any related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
