Sales Manager
What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and regional sales teams to identify and target key accounts
- Ensure effective communication of sales strategies to drive team alignment and performance
- Adhere to corporate communication protocols, including media and crisis management guidelines
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimise structured sales call plans
- Manage and maintain accurate client data within CRM systems (e.g. ASA)
- Coordinate sales activities, ensuring resources are effectively utilised
- Support the development of sales tools and materials to drive conversion
- Monitor and adjust sales activities to respond to market and business needs
- Support budgeting and business planning processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required
- Maintain strong cost control practices and ensure adherence to budget and procurement processes
- Evaluate financial impact of business decisions to support profitability and efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, or similar preferred
- Experience in a senior sales capacity
- Experience in negotiation within hotel sales
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
- Understanding of some or all hotel market segments and current trends
- Understanding of branding and positioning of Hotels within the market
- Strong relationship building skills to maximise conversion and sales performance
- An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong personal integrity
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
