Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Planning
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
People Management
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination and co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad and Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
- Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
- Motivate, train and develop the team in the designated segment to achieve team and departmental goals.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
- A degree in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
