Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Movenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key guests
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure guest satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential guests
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian business cultures
- Understanding of cross-cultural communication and business practices
