Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Movenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with clients.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market share
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key guests
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure guest satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential guests
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian business cultures
  • Understanding of cross-cultural communication and business practices
