Job Summary

Drive business growth by converting sales leads, promoting freight services, and developing client accounts. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure profitable contracts and expand Freight Mark’s market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Convert assigned sales leads into confirmed customers to achieve business targets
  • Promote GSAs and co-loading services to freight agents, ocean forwarders, and overseas network agents to expand market reach
  • Develop and maintain existing client accounts to increase customer retention and revenue
  • Respond promptly and accurately to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to support sales efforts
  • Identify and develop new products and trade lanes assigned to enhance service offerings
  • Monitor business profitability regularly and review outcomes with management to ensure financial goals are met
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and a growth mindset to drive continuous business improvement
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to support commercial agency development and company objectives
  • Represent and promote Freight Mark’s brand professionally within assigned markets to strengthen company reputation
  • Perform additional official duties as assigned by Senior Management to support organizational needs
