Sales Manager – Scope of Work

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Conduct sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions for team members.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales objectives.

Deliverables:

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

  • Timely submission of sales reports and forecasts.

  • Development and maintenance of key customer accounts.

  • Continuous improvement of sales processes and team performance.

Reporting To:

  • General Manager / Director / Managing Director (as applicable).
