Sales Manager (IT Business Solutions)

Job Summary

Offer IT Services and Business Solutions. Managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and business solutions.

Job Scope

  • Implement effective and consistent sales processes to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking.
  • Manage and develop major and critical customer accounts.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and
  • communicating prospective customers' corporate culture.
  • Negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration,
  • and pricing with the contracting entity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through effective post-sales support.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals with Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
  • Work well with Operation/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders for the account management and smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure proper handling/producing of sales documentation with strict adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Research, monitor and understand the market trends and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
  • Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships
