Sales Manager (North | Wholesales | Urgent!) DT

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall sales performance within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and profitability targets

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, trade plans, and business growth initiatives in alignment with company objectives

  • Monitor sales performance and market trends, and implement action plans to drive target achievement

  • Manage trade budgets effectively to maximise sales opportunities and operational efficiency

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned channels

  • Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team in customer engagement and account management

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit control procedures, and operational standards

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

  • Support management in strategic planning and business operations when required

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with prior team management exposure preferred

  • Strong experience in trade sales, account management, or FMCG industry is an advantage

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

  • Analytical and results-driven with strong business acumen

  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving licence for work-related travel
