Job Description
- Lead and deliver regional sales strategy across Asia
- Manage and grow key customer accounts within optical applications

- Partner with R&D and product teams to support technical solutions
- Maintain robust pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor developments
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in optical materials, polymers, or related sectors
- Strong background in B2B sales and regional account management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Proven experience working across Asian markets
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Self-driven, organised, and commercially focused
