Job Description

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in optical materials, polymers, or related sectors
  • Strong background in B2B sales and regional account management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
  • Proven experience working across Asian markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Self-driven, organised, and commercially focused
