Primary objective 主要目标:Responsible for sales of Demag Components and Rope Hoists.
Your key responsibilities主要职责:
- Visit partner regularly and visit end customer with partner;
定期拜访合作伙伴,以及联合合作伙伴拜访最终客户;
- Promote Demag product, support partner for market promotion, and fulfill the sales target;
推广德马格产品,帮助合作伙伴进行产品的市场推广,完成销售指标;
- Support business department for AR collection;
协助商务部门,进行应收帐款的催收;
- Support Parter members in project issues, including technical and business related;
对合作伙伴销售成员进行项目上的支持,包括技术和商务方面;
- Daily projects management and report;
日常项目管理与汇报;
- Work with production department, forecast sales and production plan data, to meet production needs;
与生产部门协作,进行销售和生产计划的数据的预测,满足车间产能要求;
- Complete others tasks assigned by managers;
完成其他经理分配的任务;
- Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
了解ISO14001 & 45001标准。
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.
机械工程或相关专业本科或以上学历。
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, English. Cantonese is can be considered as a plus.
出色的中英文口语、书面语沟通技能,会粤语是加分项。
- 3 or more years’ experience in the material handling industry with a proven track record in department of marketing, sales or business development.
三年以上物流输送行业工作经验,且在市场、销售或业务发展的岗位上有良好的工作表现。
- Familiar with industry crane market or similar experience in selling industrial equipment.
熟悉工业起重机市场或相似工业设备销售经验。
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills.
良好的人际沟通技巧。
- Ability to coach, develop and training.
具备教练、开发和培训技巧。
- Self-motivated, quick learner, capable of working independently.
积极主动,学习能力强,良好的独立工作能力。
- Adapt to work with frequent business trip.
