Sales Officer-FIP
Main Duties
- Onboarding of employer groups on plan
- Execute Sales & Marketing activities to drive Family Plan enrolments
- Contact all leads and convert them to enrolments
- Handle all FIP customer queries and concerns
- Maintain potential and existing client database
- Provide monthly status and performance reports
Skills and Experience
- A diploma/Associate's Degree in any business-related discipline
- At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role
- Industry Knowledge & certification (FSC Registration)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and Organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism
- Must own and operate a registered motor vehicle
