Sales Officer-FIP

Main Duties

  • Onboarding of employer groups on plan
  • Execute Sales & Marketing activities to drive Family Plan enrolments
  • Contact all leads and convert them to enrolments
  • Handle all FIP customer queries and concerns
  • Maintain potential and existing client database
  • Provide monthly status and performance reports

Skills and Experience

  • A diploma/Associate's Degree in any business-related discipline
  • At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role
  • Industry Knowledge & certification (FSC Registration)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and Organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism
  • Must own and operate a registered motor vehicle
