Prepare project documents & sales documents

Attend site surveys (if required) & meetings

Perform interdisciplinary communications and coordination

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customer

Successfully create and maintain business from new and existing customer accounts

Manage complex negotiations

Meet and exceed sales targets


Requirements

Proficient in MS Office software

Experienced in Elevators or Escalators will be an advantage

Being able to read engineering detailing drawings will be an advantage

Knowledge of designing software for the interior fixtures will be an advantage

Able to work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project

Able to work independently with the responsibility to meet a deadline

Meticulous with attention to details

Good communication skills

Able to commit after normal working hours

Work in accordance with project scope and schedule
