Sales Operations (Modern Trade)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at store level
- Negotiate space buy and other promotional activities with store and key stakeholders
- Support and resolve any trade issues & other day-to-day operations matters
- Plan, monitor and execute promotional activities
- Provide support in areas related to promotions, product display and other related activities
- Assess the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations
- Manage a team of merchandisers to ensure company products are displayed and always in-stock, with a valid price display
- Stay abreast with market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Perform other assign ad-hoc duties such as stock take, exchanges and returns
Skills and requirements
- 2 years' experience in FMCG industry & Modern Trade Environment
- Possess own vehicle (preferred)
- Independent and passionate Team Leader
- Motivated to achieve sales target
- Able to multi-task
- Goal Oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 5.5 days
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Reimbursement + Mobile Reimbursement + Incentives
