Job Summary
Lead and support a ground sales team for roadshows and retail activations across Singapore, driving sales targets and ensuring smooth daily operations through training, coaching, and effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of sales promoters and pullers on-site to ensure smooth execution of roadshows and retail activations
- Lead the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and campaign KPIs
- Conduct onboarding, training, and coaching sessions to enhance staff product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
- Guide the team in applying effective sales approaches and maintaining high customer service standards
- Monitor and enforce staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall performance standards
- Coordinate booth setup, stock arrangement, and prepare daily operational reports
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions during activations
- Liaise with management and clients to communicate operational updates and feedback
- Conduct daily briefings and follow up on team performance to drive continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, roadshow, retail, or telco industry
- Experience in team leadership and staff training
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Working Hours
