Sales Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities

· Support Key Account Managers and retail partners with sales administration and coordination

· Prepare product listings and retail submission documents

· Manage and check order processing (PO verification and delivery coordination)

· Monitor stock availability and work with logistics and marketing on replenishment

· Support promotions, pricing updates, and in-store activities

· Track sales and inventory performance (sell-in / sell-out)

· Ensure compliance with pricing and approval processes

· Support retail events, roadshows, and store execution

· Support timely sales program submission for KAM and credit note processing for channel customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A-Level

  • 3 years of sales support experience in appliances, consumer electronics, or retail industry

  • Familiar in Excel, Power Point and ERP

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-moving SKUs

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with consumer electronics retailers

  • Familiarity with appliances products and retail promotions
