SAP Finance Lead

Role Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, driving solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver business-focused SAP Finance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance implementation and transformation programs.
• Design SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury.
• Engage with stakeholders to align business and technology requirements.
• Manage project delivery, consulting teams, and offshore resources.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core SAP Finance modules.
• Experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Pre-sales and proposal development experience.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
