SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead
· Job Description
· We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the design, delivery, and governance of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, global, multi-instance enterprise.
· You will act as the SME, leading technical workstreams and bridging HR, IT, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
· Integration Strategy & Architecture: Define the end-to-end integration strategy and manage the interface register across multiple SF instances, legacy tools, and global/regional systems (S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Concur, Active Directory, UKG, Kronos, ADP, Paylocity, Microsoft Dynamics, Darwin, ePfile, Visier, Integrum).
· Delivery & Interface Management: Lead the design, build, mapping, testing, deployment, and hypercare of APIs, middleware (SAP CPI/BTP), and event-driven integrations.
· Monitor interface health and establish error-handling procedures.
· Reporting & Analytics Architecture: Design cross-instance reporting consolidation models and data aggregation frameworks.
· Establish Story Reports (SAP-delivered) as the standard, alongside Ad Hoc Reports and People Analytics.
· Data Governance & Integrity: Own the master data reconciliation model and source-of-truth hierarchy between SF and downstream systems.
· Standardize foundation objects, org structures, and job frameworks to ensure data quality.
· Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead/mentor integration and reporting teams, drive design workshops, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to align with modern architecture and AI readiness.
Required Experience & Certifications
· 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting, specifically in a multi-instance global environment.
· Proven experience as an Integration or Reporting Lead.
· SAP SuccessFactors Integration or Reporting certification.
· Functional & Technical Expertise SuccessFactors Depth: Deep knowledge of data structures across Employee Central (foundation objects, org management, job/personal data), Compensation, Recruiting, LMS, Performance/Goals, Succession/CDP, Time Management, and Contingent Worker Management.
· Ability to interpret MDF object structures and integration event triggers.
· Middleware & Integrations: Hands-on experience building, testing, and monitoring integration flows on SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite (or equivalent enterprise middleware).
· UKG Integration: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of UKG integration with SAP SF (employee data sync and workforce management flows).
· Documentation: Ability to produce comprehensive technical specs, data mapping documents, transformation logic, and interface control documents to support hypercare and operations.
· Analytics: Exposure to data warehousing, analytics platforms, and reporting modernization.
