Scrum Master
- Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure the adoption of Agile practices by the team.
- Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, helping organize it to maximize value delivery.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related.
- Act as an internal coach for the team, fostering a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices.
- Monitor team performance metrics, such as productivity and velocity, to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certified
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning.
- Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including:
- Automated Testing
- Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to support the Product Owner in backlog management to maximize value delivery.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.
- Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles.
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
