Job Summary

The Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Engineering, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and documentation to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Director’s calendar and appointments to maintain an organized daily schedule.
  • Coordinate logistics for business trips and meetings to ensure smooth arrangements.
  • Prepare and compile documents and reports accurately for review and distribution.
  • Maintain an effective filing and documentation system for easy retrieval and record keeping.
  • Manage incoming emails and mail correspondence promptly to support communication flow.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team as needed to assist with operational tasks.
