You will:

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and secure terminal areas to ensure a safe environment
• Conduct routine patrols across all assigned locations
• Support crowd management during busy periods and vessel movements
• Assist passengers and provide general guidance when needed
• Identify and report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents
• Ensure company policies are followed by staff, customers, and vendors
• Support operations during vessel arrivals and departures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Experience

• Previous experience in security, protective services, or a related field is an asset, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in different situations
• Ability to assess situations and respond appropriately
• Team-oriented with a responsible and proactive approach

Work Environment

• Active role within terminal and surrounding operational areas
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work
• Involves standing, walking, and monitoring throughout the shift
• Exposure to a dynamic and fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Reliable, alert, and professional at all times
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods
