Security Officer

Job Description

  • To conduct patrols and monitoring activities on the hotel's premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure.
  • To respond to any alarms in the hotel by investigating and assessing the situation.
  • Respond to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow up with security investigations when necessary.
  • Accompany the Front Desk Staff whilst investigating irregularities in guest rooms and public areas when required.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to observe for any suspicious activities and guests.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of security protocols.
  • Physically fit
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Attention to detail
  • Possesses a valid Security Officer License.
  • Able to perform shift work
