Senior Accounts Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable including process payments, issue invoices and staff reimbursements
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Maintain general ledgers and accounting records.
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing schedules.
- Handle fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare, monitor and follow up on AR aging reports and outstanding receivables
- Prepare accurate monthly and yearly management accounts, profit & loss statements, balance sheets
- Liaise with stakeholders on accounting and financial matters.
Requirements:
- Meticulous and able to analyze data
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ACCA Level II
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, with a good working attitude andinitiative
- Xero accounting software experience required
- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and local compliance requirements
