Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst (P&C) to drive transformation and system enhancement initiatives for Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements Map and improve underwriting and claims processes Translate business workflows into clear requirements and user stories Support delivery and enhancement of insurance systems and digital solutions Coordinate UAT and support implementation activities Requirements Business Analyst experience in Large Commercial / Specialty P&C insurance Knowledge of underwriting and claims processes Experience in Property, Engineering, Construction, Marine, or Corporate/Specialty Risk Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and process mapping Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence Nice to have Background as an Underwriter or Claims professional
