Location: Luxembourg
Type of job: Permanent. Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in the office).
Hours: Full time (40h/week)
The salary range for this specific role will be € 68.000 – € 78.000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end production processes in coordination with clients, local accountants, and auditors under the supervision of senior management.
- Prepare and review (consolidated) annual accounts, reports, and deliverables based on complexity.
- Draft or assess memos supporting accounting treatments for complex transactions, particularly under IFRS.
- Coach and support junior team members, fostering their professional development
- Participate in performance appraisal processes and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and deliver internal training sessions on technical and regulatory topics.
- Stay alert to information security risks and understand your role in mitigating them.
- Adhere to and promote organizational security policies in daily operations.
- Help reduce the risk of fraud, misuse, and human error through diligence and best practices.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in audit, financial reporting, and consolidation matters, ideally within the Luxembourg financial sector.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, particularly in the context of holding structures, real estate, and private equity
- Familiarity with consolidation tools/software is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and hands-on, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in French and/or German is considered a strong advantage
