Senior Contracts Executive

Job Description:

1) Pre-Award Contract Management
· Review tender documents, contracts, confidentiality agreements or the like assigned by Manager to ensure that the Company's interests and requirements are addressed and met.

· Provide contract summaries and identify key contract clauses and ensure that they are highlighted to project team in event of award & vendors in event of subcontracting.

· Ensure contract documents are approved by internal stakeholders and signed by authorised person(s) of the Company.

· Liaise with customers on submission of contractual documents.

2) Post-Award Contract Management

· Assist in procurement of the on-going projects pertaining to vendors’ responses to the Company’s terms and conditions

· Assist with issuance of bank guarantees / other type of guarantee letters

· Draft letters to vendors

· Draft letters to customers of the Company

· Assist in reviewing claims to customers and verify vendor’s claims

3) Insurance support
· Managing insurance related matters, including insurance claims

· Liaise with insurance brokers and relevant internal stakeholders on quotations, declarations and various insurance related queries.

4) Department support
· Manage contract database including sub-database for non-disclosure agreements.

· Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the Manager from time to time, such as basic due diligence checks on external stakeholders, research on laws & regulations, etc.


Requirements:
· Bachelor of Laws -LLB or any professional qualification related to quantity survey
· Minimum of 5 years related experience.

· Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
