Senior Data Engineer

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and warehouses that feed product features. You will implement ETL solutions, connect to blockchain nodes and third-party sources, and model schemas in PostgreSQL. You will lead Solana data ingestion projects, improve automation and operational efficiency, and provide technical guidance to engineers across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own data sourcing pipelines
• Design and implement ETL solutions
• Model internal schemas in PostgreSQL
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Improve and automate data workflows and operational processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Product, and Engineering

Requirements

• Significant knowledge of the crypto industry
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, data operations, and data warehousing
• Experience building backend systems at scale focused on data processing and ingestion
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and/or Python
• Strong expertise in SQL, especially Postgres, dbt, and Hypertables
• Experience creating data warehouses using Timescale, Snowflake, and/or BigQuery
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
