Introduction:

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing offshore sales generation team. We are looking for someone with experience managing offshore demand generation hubs and 5+ years’ experience working for global tech companies.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales development representatives driving demand and lead generation for the US and EMEA regions.

  • Manage team performance and drive accountability for meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Lead the team to develop excellence in prospecting for new customers.

  • Ensure fast-paced lead follow up and lead nurturing with a target of 15-minute response time to all inbound leads.

  • Manage the team successfully conducting high-volume outbound outreach via multi-channel prospecting using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.

  • Partner with marketing and sales team to align on strategies and messaging.

  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • 10+ years of lead generation experience, with 5+ of leading and developing lead generation teams (preferably in SaaS, technology, cyber security or services industries).

  • Experience leading demand generation operations for the US and EMEA markets, with the ability to work in US business hours.

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5-25 SDRs delivering high lead conversion rate.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven leadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
