Senior Engineer, DevOps

You will manage Kubernetes clusters and both cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, including servers, firewalls and switches. You will increase system observability by optimizing monitoring, service mesh and tracing, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployments. You will design and implement AI-driven workflows and pipelines, operate and maintain blockchain infrastructure for new chains, and diagnose network and hardware issues at the wire level. You will apply DevOps best practices, automate tasks with scripts and AI, and prioritize scalable secure stable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Kubernetes cluster cloud and on-prem infrastructure
• Manage on-prem hardware including servers Fortigate and Cisco switches
• Increase and manage system observability by optimizing monitoring service mesh and tracing
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and pipelines
• Resolve problems with an AI-first mindset
• Incorporate DevOps best practices culturally and technologically
• Embrace and embed a GitOps model for application management and deployment
• Design solutions with scalability security and stability
• Manage and enhance the CI/CD pipeline to support various deployment models
• Manage and set up blockchain infrastructure to support new chains and business growth

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and its ecosystem including secret and cert management ingress CSI and security components
• Experience in automating tasks with AI and scripts
• Experience in AWS and on-premise infrastructure management
• Experience in hardware management including Fortigate switches bare metal and data center networks
• Knowledge of Docker multi-stage and multi-architecture builds and registries
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus stack Influx stack Datadog or New Relic
• Experience with GitOps workflows (Argocd) and infrastructure as code (Terraform Terragrunt Ansible)
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• You love the console and are comfortable reading man pages
• 5+ years of experience in Linux/Unix server system administration network administration and infrastructure maintenance
• Understanding of TCP and UDP network traffic management and diagnostics
• Fundamental knowledge of blockchain is a plus
