Senior engineer - Reliability

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge on EE components
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience in automotive development projects, specifically in roles focused on product reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles for automotive products, aligned with application-specific requirements
  • Solid foundation in mechanics fundamentals (vibration, thermal, thermo-mechanical, etc.) with hands-on experience in related testing; familiarity with field load analysis, failure analysis, and risk assessment
  • Good knowledge of product validation methodologies, particularly those related to lifetime and durability requirements.
  • Experience in designing validation plans based on anticipated failure modes using FMEA and Impact analysis
  • Proven experience in conducting failure analysis and identifying root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, CAR, and FTA.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, coordinate testing activities, and engage effectively with customers.
  • Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with international testing standards and their appropriate application and correlation within automotive environment
  • Reliability Certifications , REX (preferred/not mandatory)
