Senior Executive - Inside Sales

What You Can Expect:

Sales Coordination & Customer Support

  • Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals and follow-ups

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, transit times, and service offerings

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM system

  • Provide post-sales support, including documentation and issue resolution

Shipment Coordination:

  • Liaise with operations and carriers to track shipments and provide status update to customers.

  • Handling booking confirmations, freight schedules and cargo availability

  • Address any shipment-related issues and escalate when necessary

Data Management:

  • Generate sales report, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse customer trends

  • Maintain sales pipeline reports and follow up on pending deals.

  • Prepare reports for sales meetings

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution

  • Support in customer onboarding and training on logistics processes

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service roles.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle reports, documentation, and stakeholder management efficiently.
